When In Doubt, Make It a Handout!
If you feel that your Power Point presentatin is too long, it may be time to take a hard look at each slide and decide which ones should stay and which ones should go.
Luckily, the ones that you omit from your current Power Point presentation can be easily converted into a handout that you can e-mail to your participants.
This way you can focus on your core message during your Power Point presentation, without sacrificing the information you had to leave out.
