Keep Order during Your Net Meeting
While the point of a net meeting is to let everyone share their ideas and opinions, it is still wise to keep order over your net meeting. It would be easy for participants to get sidetracked toward another idea while holding the floor or for a few employees to get into a heated discussion that could take over the entire meeting. For this reason, it is important that the net meeting host intervene, interject, and take control when needed.
