June 23, 2006, Newsletter Issue #6: Scheduling Your Web Meetings

Tip of the Week

If you plan on hosting several small Web meetings, it may be wise to schedule each Web meeting with your own time & stress considerations in mind. Before scheduling 10 two-hour Web meetings in two days, think about how it will impact you physically and mentally. To give an effective Web meeting, you need to be at the top of your game, not tired and stressed out. You may have to be selective on how many Web meeting groups you will have and contact other interested parties when your next series begins.
