July 14, 2006, Newsletter Issue #9: Closing Your Web Meeting

Tip of the Week

There are several things that the host of a Web meeting should do immediately and within the next few days after a virtual meeting has concluded:

- To protect data privacy, remind all users to close the Web meeting software program once they are finished. Private information on the screen should remain private.

- Make a summary of any import things said during the virtual meeting and send it out to those who participated.

- Schedule any necessary follow up calls.

- Survey the virtual meeting participants to ensure the Web meeting software was working correctly and troubleshoot any issues.
