What to do Before Hosting Your Net Meeting
If you are the host of a netmeeting, it is your responsibility to test the software before the meeting begins. You should know the software inside and out and you should be able to explain any features of the software to participants. As host of a net meeting, you should also make note to do the following:
- Send out notices and meeting reminders so that your participants are on time.
- Send login instructions.
- Make sure you are in the meeting at least 10 minutes before start time.
- Encourage all participants to try out the software before the net meeting starts; otherwise you could end up wasting a lot of time.
