July 21, 2006, Newsletter Issue #10: Restricting the Size of Your Web Meeting

Tip of the Week

The beauty of online meetings is that you can include anyone from anywhere. However, there may be instances where you will want to limit your number of participants. For example, if you want to give everyone a chance to ask questions, having too many people at the online meeting will make it more difficult for everyone to get their questions in. It may be a better solution to host several smaller online meetings, rather than trying to include all participants into one Web meeting.
